MovingBravely, the book
Moving Bravely has always been about change that does not come with a map.

This book is an extension of that work. It is being written in a season shaped by grief, career transition, motherhood, and the quiet, steady work of becoming someone new without rushing past the hard parts.

I am writing it slowly and honestly, alongside real life. This page is where I share the shape of the work, the season it comes from, and how it is sustained.

About the book
This is a memoir rooted in transition.

It explores the moments when certainty falls away, and courage looks less like bold moves and more like staying present, telling the truth, and continuing forward without guarantees.

Some stories are clear. Others are still forming. I am letting the book emerge through reflection, memory, and lived experience, rather than forcing it into something finished too soon.

Why I am sharing the process
Moving Bravely has never been about polished outcomes. It has always been about the middle.

I am sharing this writing process because:
-
brave work happens long before something is complete
-
creative work deserves care while it is being made
-
showing the process is part of telling the truth
This is not a launch page. It is an invitation into the work as it unfolds.

Current season of the work
Right now, I am drafting and organizing.

I am mapping themes, shaping chapters, revisiting old writing, and sitting with the questions that continue to surface. This page will be updated as the work evolves.

Supporting the work
If this project resonates with you, there are gentle ways to support it.

I have set up a Moving Bravely book support space on Ko-fi for people who want to help sustain the writing in a simple, intentional way.

Support helps protect writing time, offset editing and research costs, and make room for deep, focused work in the middle of a full life.

Support is optional and never expected. Reading, sharing, or simply being here matters too.
